CSSA's Education Committee's overall goal is to provide information on cacti and other succulent plants to our members and the general public. Current specific objectives include the following: Develop teaching projects and curricula for use in elementary education and in youth horticulture. Develop educational programs for use by state university Cooperative Extension Master Gardener programs. Contribute articles about succulent plants to national horticultural and gardening magazines. Develop an educational component for our website.
